OAK + FORT accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund or exchange. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized USPS or FedEx location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund.
